About Age of Conquest SMP
Have you ever wanted to build armies, create massive castles, cook spaghetti, or fight horrifying demons with a musket? Well, now you can! The Age of Conquest SMP is a modded survival Minecraft experience like no other. My team and I have combined custom mods, scripts, and plugins with many existing mods to create an experience where you can found factions, form kingdoms, and build armies. You will have to battle the environment, horrifying monsters, and even other players to make your mark on the server. Core Mods The server runs on 1.20.1 Forge and, as a result, has access to many cool mods that intertwine with custom scripts and plugins to create a longer but rewarding survival experience. Custom Progression The server's basic gear progression is built around the Overgeared blacksmithing mod. Custom plugins and recipes tie in recipes from other mods, such as Samurai armor and countless variations of Medieval armor. The Tinker's Construct mod allows for the creation of advanced tools, and there are many unique tools, armor sets, and weapons available via other mods as well. Dangerous Mobs There are a variety of mods that spawn interesting and dangerous mobs, including Alex's Mobs and Born in Chaos. Custom Guns There are custom-made black powder weapons, all of which make use of custom sound effects, animations, and mechanics that were developed by one of the devs here. Villager Recruits With the Villager Recruits mod, players can build armies, claim territory, and create kingdoms. Custom mods let player kingdoms battle each other for rewards and reward political and military activity. Many of the custom mods and plugins are built around the Recruits mod. Terrain, Structures, and Loot There are dozens of unique biomes, beautiful terrain generation, and custom structures that are teeming with loot chests and dangerous monsters. Class Selection Choose a class when you first join, and you'll be able to use your class's unique perks to advance and survive.
