Get the Verified badge

The Verified badge tells visitors that the listing is run by the server's real owner. It is optional.

How it works

1. Open My servers → your server and find Verify that it's your server. It shows a short code that starts with “craftvote-”.
2. Put the code anywhere in your server's MOTD (the “motd” line in server.properties, or your MOTD plugin). You can keep the rest of your MOTD.
3. Reload or restart so the new MOTD shows in the server list.
4. Press Verify. We also look for the code at every regular check, so it turns verified by itself within a few minutes.
5. Once the badge is there you can take the code out of the MOTD again.

When you change the server's address, the badge is removed — verify the new address the same way.
