Your account: login, email, password and your data

The confirm email didn't arrive

After signing up we send a link to confirm your address; it works for 24 hours. Look in your spam folder first. To get a new link, just try to log in: we send a fresh one. Still nothing? Contact us with the email address you signed up with.

I forgot my password

Use Forgot password on the login page. The link we send works for 60 minutes and only once. Choosing a new password logs you out everywhere else.

Change username, email or password

All on the Account page. Changing the email takes two clicks for your safety: one in your current inbox, then one in the new one. You can also connect Discord or Google there and log in with them.

I can't reach my old email address any more

Then you can't confirm an email change yourself. Contact us from the new address and tell us your username and the servers on the account. We will ask you to prove the account is yours, for example with the code in your server's MOTD.

Download or delete your data

• Download my data on the Account page gives you a file with the data we hold about your account (the file itself lists the few things that are left out).
• Delete account removes the account for good. Delete your servers first (My servers → the server → Delete this server).
• What we store and for how long is in the Privacy Policy.
